"Sometimes we are hesitant to admit to a partner, or wife, or any of the others you might normally seek counsel about a concern. So… perhaps they do not get either planned for as expeditiously as they should, or as well. Having someone outside your circle, whom you can quietly talk through a plan of how to achieve and realize your dreams, manage your fears, and achieve your goals, can be extremely useful.
Russell asks questions, making you think about your challenges in a new and different light. He may make a suggestion, but often his method is to question your plan, supposition, view of reality.
Finally, having drawn up a plan, and put it on paper, one tends to not want to have to explain why at the next coaching session you did not accomplish your plan.
Russell Bennett does not tell you what to do. Rather he encourages you to clarify your thought process. I have had several coaches/mentors, but I feel that Russell to date has been one of the best. Most telling perhaps, I have taken part of my operations 180 degrees in a different direction, and started two new operations, and continued with Russell. "
