The Opus One Group partners with clients to create employee-focused initiatives designed to provide long-term solutions by improving the corporate culture based on the individual needs of the company. We are able to make significant, positive impact by implementing our exclusive 4C Personal Platform© program that offers Consulting, Chaplaincy, Coaching and Counseling services.
HOW WE START
We begin with a FREE organizational evaluation/or assessment of your companies
structure, goals needs and objectives.
We do this through interviews and assessments with key personnel and decision
makers. We take blind surveys with the employee base to determine the feel of the

platform that is tailored for your organizations specific needs and goals.
These are brief intro meetings to introduce The Opus One Group to all staff and Key
personnel. We begin to get acquainted with the employees to get them engaged and oriented.
The “why were are here and what we do session”
We provide all relevant information about The Opus One Group. Why we were retained
by the organization and how our program is structured. We define the 4Cs personal
platform program and begin to set scheduling departmentally.
ASSESSMENTS / EVALUATIONS
We then deliver our first packet of assessment and evaluations to Key decision makers,
management and identified key personnel.
From these assessments and evaluations we analyze the different style of personnel and begin scheduling.
We then begin the outline for training sessions, seminars and team building exercises
custom tailored to our findings.
COACHING / TRAINING
Our scheduling for coaching and on going training is developed and integrated into your
organizations existing timetables and workdays. We normally take 30-45 minutes for discussion, accountability an quality productivity from the past week. We are looking not to take time away
from productivity but increase the amount of productivity in time spent.
We separate staff into our 3 tiers of coaching depending on employment levels and
predetermined staff identification and any objectives for an individual staff members that
may exist or have been identified through evaluation stages.

All Levels of coaching include ongoing email support and 5 to 10 minute
“support calls” when needed.
Working with key decision makers and after departmental introductions and evaluations
are complete we determine the “in house” days and hours in which we have one of our
The amount of “in house” time is determined by factors such as size of company,
organizational structure and realized need.
Our Chaplaincy program is 24/7. We are always on call for everyone in the organization
to offer care and support in times of need. Our “in house” hours are vital to develop the
relationship and trust to be most effective for the organization and may be increased or
altered in times of determined need.
Our counseling program is an “as needed” program. We have qualified counselors on
staff to assist employees in greater times of need and crisis. Our counseling is of
traditional method and observing of all traditional protocols of privacy and safety. Our counselors
are available 5 days a week 24/5 by phone or face to face one day a week.
STRATEGIC MEETINGS / CONSULTING
Our strategic meetings are scheduled with the key decision makers (CEO V.P. level)
to discuss and report our progress and overall emotional health and well being of the
