Group Coaching involves working with small groups of people that come together by telephone each week to focus on and receive coaching around a specific theme, situation or topic. These groups foster action and self accountability to move people towards their dreams, goals through transitions, and desires. In addition to that, they are a venue to expand one’s life, business, and community.
“There are certain kinds of thoughts, decisions, and actions that people can’t get to unless they are able to have a great conversation with someone they respect and trust. Something magical happens when a conversation is open-ended, and people can discover their own crucial insights and breakthroughs. When it’s their insight, when it’s their breakthrough, they become passionately committed to it. Otherwise, they’re just taking in more information on top of all the information that’s already overwhelming them. People today don’t want any more information. What they want are great conversations that enable them to make great decisions.” Tom Miller
Who Should Join a Group Coaching Program?
Anyone seeking to raise the bar in their life and/or career by simply making some shifts in their thinking by changing limiting beliefs or behaviors.
How Do Group Coaching Programs Work?
The calls are done on a bridge call at the same time each week. It’s like being in a class where you have a facilitator and yet everyone in the class contributes. That’s how we grow: by listening and contributing.
Here are the details:
- Groups meet each week at the same time for the first 3 weeks of each month
- Each call lasts one hour
- Each call should be limited to 10 clients so that each can express themselves
- Groups meet for 3 months after which enrollment opens for a new members to join the group if existing members leave or the group has less than the full 10 clients.
