How Do Group Coaching Programs Work?
The calls are done on a bridge call at the same time each week. It’s like being in a class where you have a facilitator and yet everyone in the class contributes. That’s how we grow: by listening and contributing.
Here are the details:
Groups meet each week at the same time for the first 3 weeks of each month
Each call lasts one hour
Each call should be limited to 10 clients so that each can express themselves
Groups meet for 3 months after which enrollment opens for a new members to join the group if existing members leave or the group has less than the full 10 clients.
