Another area we worked on together surrounded my conversations with customers. Being the lone decision maker sometimes puts you in a harder position with the customer. By using you as my “partner”, I was able to leverage that when talking to my customers about certain decisions that my partner and I had come to and not back down.
It has been great to have someone to bounce ideas around with and get such great advice.
